You're insane if you think this will help people in Kansas - or even in Dallas, more than three hundred miles from the nearest coastline. This is a fantasy, not a response.
Not saying it's going to help everyone, but there will almost certainly be a rise in underground clinics, with all the attendant dangers.

Genuinely underground clinics can help, but will be illegal, and will be dangerous and difficult to support. Ridiculous boutique yacht-based posturing isn't that. It's plausibly a legal service to offer, but it's not legal to reach it, and the people who need it can't get to it.

If you're in Topeka, you're a lot closer to Minneapolis than you are to any ocean. But if you need an abortion and you lack resources, you probably can't reach either. And Texas-style law would make it hard to help them get there.
