The immediate need is to reach the vaccine hesitant who are reachable (many are). There's a feedback loop going there. Fox absolutely convinced people to not get vaccinated, even if they were initially playing to the anti-vax people already watching. The 'will you get vaccinated' numbers tanked on the right after Fox went full anti-vax.
