Yes - that was why I used the language I did. Two days ago, Berenson said the data from Israel show "complete vaccine failure," which is self-evidently false, and which he knows is false. He's not a good-faith interlocutor at this point.
You can see it in the evolution of his language. He doesn't even try to take a nuanced position anymore - it's all "complete failure," "no evidence," etc.
