I'm uncomfortable with bookstores dropping titles just because the contents are bigoted. Nobody can force them to stock products they don't want to, and maybe they make a business decision not to, but the norm should be stocking a book rather than not.

That’s why I said a more curated experience. There’s always going to be some discretion even for the mass market stores. But what Wal-Mart or Amazon carries is a totally different thing that what Shakespeare Inc stocks.

And with Amazon, there are all the secondary vendors, so there’s functionally no curation.
