It doesn’t seem contradictory at all to say that the race sensitivity training grift is demented and that people feel more comfortable pointing that out when it’s a white person peddling it. Where’s the lie?

If somebody is influential and demented, then criticism of them is likely to be based on that, not that they are white. And Black anti-racists get plenty of criticism. The whole thing is fantasy from Greenwald.

If many people violate a law but the only people who get arrested for it are Black, would you say that they have been arrested based on their violation of the law rather than their race?

Congratulations for accepting critical race theory.

I don't think it's necessary to accept CRT to view this situation as racially discriminatory. But that aside, wouldn't you agree that it's analogous to the suggested DiAngelo situation? If so, what's your view of this question that applies to both situations?

The idea that Black writers don't get criticized is frankly demented.

We can debate the factual premise later if you want, but first I want to address your first argument here, that under the presumed facts criticism can be attributed to the quality of the work alone rather than race.https://twitter.com/HeerJeet/status/1415424922470567942?s=20 …

The burden of proof is on you to prove she's the victim of anti-white racism.

Well first I want to establish that if it were the case that she were both demented and people were more comfortable criticizing her compared to similarly demented people of a different race, then that would raise a concern. Because your original claim seemed to be that it...

...is just logically inconsistent to both believe someone deserves criticism and believe that they could unfairly be criticized based on race. To me it's analogous to observing that people can be justly punished for a crime, but it's still unfair to single out based on race.

It's not same because anti-white racism of the type you hypothesize needs to be proven to exist.

You're saying we must first prove that any anti-white racism exists in the world generally (as opposed to the DiAngelo case in particular) before evaluating this logical argument? I don't see why that's so.

It's not even posited as "anti-white racism", just a preference against criticizing PoC in matters of racism. Could even be seen as benevolent racism or whatever, so not anti-white. Plus if it's true or not is irrelevant to GG's claim being contradictory (it isn't)
