This is completely moronic. Every day students learn about Kantianism without Kant's views on race filtering in. I taught deontology the other day and race didn't even factor in. Not because I'm being intellectually negligent but because it isn't conceptually intertwined.

And I agreed with your original critique! But I do think Alice has a point when she says that those texts are taught as things to study critically, not as a guide to analyzing society.

teaching CRTish stuff as an advocate for it--which absolutely happens-- or at least as doctrine worth debating, has no equivalent with fascist stuff. In so far as that was Hanania's point--I'm not totally clear if it was--I don't see a problem with it, as observation.
