Universities should absolutely continue to teach (as they now widely do) Kant, Calhoun, Heidegger, Ezra Pound, Celine, Carl Schmitt, etc. In fact, I know of no one who has said they shouldn't be taught. I wouldn't teach the racism as the most important thing about Kant, but wanted his name in there as a notable stand in for a much wider body of past writers who are taught despite non-egalitarian views. In fact, pretty much the whole canon before 1900!
