Ultimately, a counter-terrorism approach to right-wing political violence is just going to empower dangerous state actors with power that will be used against the left and subaltern groups. The alternative is an ideologically grounded battle in the field of politics.

It’s distinguishing different approaches to terrorism. The answer to the doc question is “political”. If terrorists came from these ideologies, then the terrorism would be political (vs say, religious). Poorly worded, but not saying they are terroristic ideologies.
