yes and no. I think Roth provided a lot of unpublished memoirs to Bailey (beyond the two books on Bloom and Ross Miller).Those could be very interesting, based on Roth's other memoirs.

It's horrifying! (But it's what he wanted? Sometimes authors are just ridiculous and wrong.)

His only comment in an interview was diffident and not serious. Also if he wanted to do so it was a part of plan to have Bailey stand as the last word -- that's obviously not going to happen now!
