Does NHJ have any history as a professor? Cause giving somebody totally untested tenure is a massive breach of norms. She's not being punished, she's being given the best deal the university allows anybody at all, not just her, to get.

This isn’t complicated, mostly people have opposed the boards intervention while still questioning NHJ credentials and academic track record. Meanwhile, countless people are suddenly worried about academic freedom in academia who have lost all credibility to do so.
