1. Upon news of the Bill & Melinda Gates divorce, there was immediate speculation about the implications for global public health. The Gates Foundation quickly pushed back to say all is fine. Isn't it odd that the personal life of 2 people could have such large policy impact?

USD 400bn funded at risk capital rates paying once every forty years, or USD 200bn funded at risk-free rates paying every year, inflation-protected. If you're writing about economics, that shouldn't be a different choice.
