Bill Gates, by pushing to keep Covid vaccines patented, will kill far more people than he's ever saved, so getting him out of public health issues would be a giant win for the planet.

That's a really stupid tweet. I disagree with his stance on this but The Gates and their foundation have eradicated polio and malaria in several countries where they were decimating populations. Having the Gates involved in public health is overall a positive
