I wouldn't recommend this as a reading order but in terms of what I've enjoyed the core books are: 1) Sabbath's Theater 2) Zuckerman Bound (especially 1st volume of trilogy: Ghost Writer) 3) Counterlife 4) Patrimony 5) Goodbye, Columbus (novella more than stories) 6) Portnoy

Beyond that core list, there are lots of other good books. I need to re-read Deception & Operation Shylock (which I found baggy but lots of people rate highly). The American trilogy is mixed but has good stuff.
