Yes none of it should be profit driven, from manufacture to delivery. Of course all that breeds mistrust. But I personally believe the point is that pharmacies are by nature profit driven in the US and many other countries. And they are trusted. Might as well incentivize

Local pharmacies could make a difference in many communities by marketing vaccines. Might as well use the system for maximum benefit in the short term until profit noticed can be removed.

Disagree on the premise. In many communities, pharmacies and companies like wal mart, cvs, walgreens, etc are important, trusted parts of the community. Pfizer, moderna, etc is not a trusted part of the community anywhere
