I desperately want Canada and Alberta to have right-of-centre options that are credible on climate change and other environmental issues. Stating that they're not real isn't going to cut it.

well they're certainly acting but it's clearly not rational or self-interested unless youre made of oil. they're screaming at ghosts and it helps their political project because they're afraid of being alive

Aren't "leaders" supposed to lead and base their decisions on future-leaning analysis and solutions that benefit the whole, instead of their own reelection? Yes they're "representatives" but isn't there more to it than that?
