Unfortunately I can not as I am not an expert on this topic. However, the key to understanding my comment is subsumed in the way they define the concept of "equity" which means that disparate outcomes based on race are considered racist.

You see anti-racism is somewhat doubles-speak as the only way to achieve "equity" is to allocate all resources based on race regardless of who produces the excess to be allocated. Asians do well on high school entrance exams, they are hoarding resources that should be allocated fairly across racial demographics. So it is really affirmative action applied to every aspect of life. Sorry I can't get you specific sources.
