You’re assuming that parents see the racism in it and think it’s bad or needs to be contextualized. How many parents will shrug off an advisory as snowflakey and laugh with their kids at the racist stereotypes?

Do you think that those parents would otherwise have meaningful conversations about race? An advisory wouldn’t help change the minds of the most ignorant parents, but might help inform those who are a bit more conscientious.
