Even with Mitch as minority leader, basic governance will mostly elude us. 1) Filibuster will stay 2) Is Durbin going to honor blue slips and let the Republicans block Biden’s judicial nominees? I assume so, but would love to be wrong.

Read somewhere that there was a power sharing deal the last time Senate was 50-50. The implication is that VP doesn't get to break tie vote for majority leader. True?
