It is not unusual for people working in hospitals to be suspicious of vaccines. They see the very unusual adverse reactions often and it skews their perception of safety. I'm not excusing it, just saying it is not a surprise when a few cases like this pop up in the news.

I believe there will more of this (having to toss out vaccines)... ...not from sabotage, but from incompetence and bad planning. But the numbers will be *much* higher.
