Not a good idea to give a gangster wide power to pardon crimes, if you ask me.

In New Hampshire, the Executive Council gets a say in pardons. Maybe we should have an Executive Council with similar powers at the federal level, too.

Jeffrey Epstein should've waited. Not saying Trump would've pardoned him, but it's possible. Of course, this is assuming he killed himself.

No it sure isn’t, and frankly the practice of one man having pardon power was always stupid and I never supported it. One of the dumber things in the constitution. But the degree to which Trump has been allowed to interfere with investigations into him is a real shonda.

Why wasn’t Trump vetted by the media in 2016 campaign! Seems vetting only applies for Dem candidates. He was given a free pass when there is evidence of criminality for anyone that wanted to find it. 🤬

He was vetted. He deflected from it by amping up talk of Clinton crimes. He successfully did that. That he was a mobster was clear to anyone who cared to look. Those who voted for him did not care, and were saturated with Clinton criminality stories, to feel good voting for him.
