Yes, but Biden won the electoral college by a lot less than Obama in 2012, so thats kind of misleading.

Probably, but nothings going to be done about it. The whole exercise of extolling Biden's popular vote lead masterbatory. We are all beholden to a few thousand voters in Arizona, Nevada and Georgia.

I think emphasizing the difference between electoral college & popular vote is necessary in order to discredit electoral college & push to reform it (which reform is more likely than most other constitutional changes).
