1. A big question for Biden's DoJ and also state prosecutors is whether to go after Trump or not for his manifold crimes. Biden seems war, as Obama was with Bush, but that could only be a desire to keep arms length from legal decision.

3. The case for prosecuting is Trump has done a lot of crimes! And allowing him to get away with it will only lead to more future corruption.https://www.thenation.com/article/politics/trump-prosecute-crimes-biden/ …

They're already killing for him. What "all the more" is there?
-
Exactly. And they're waving the bloody shirt over Dems having the audacity to *act like they won the election they won.* Appeasement is futile.

Seems like prosecuting him may have some short term damage but not prosecuting will have immense long term damage - what's to stop a smarter Trump from committing more crimes in the future?

And it also defines Biden’s term with more “trump”... of course we all want him to live out his days in prison, but to do it without playing his game and motivating his cult. It’s a fine balance and I’m glad leftists are actually considering the details now. I still say prosecute

As if treating him nicely and letting him off easy will be perceived by his base as anything other than "Winning!", and proof that Dems don't dare touch him / he never did anything wrong. To still insist that they are not lost is clueless.

How so? No shortage of cases to pursue. Maybe they choose some not all. No Trump is above the law.
