Disney owes much of its wealth to an intellectual property regime tailored specifically (at times absurdly) to their interests. The fact that they then go and screw people out of owed royalties adds to the injustice of the situation.

I can't help but wonder if there's more than one novelization of Star Wars. I have a 1993 collected paperback of the trilogy novels right here, and George Lucas is credited as the author. (Donald F. Glut and James Kahn are credited with Empire and Jedi). Still: Pay up, Disney.

Many comic professionals who worked on Dark Horse's Star Wars and Alien Comics are also no longer getting royalties
