It seems most likely he'd try to call out ICE who are intensely loyal to him. And it is disconcerting how many top military brass he's replacing with loyalists. I don't think it would be successful, but I also don't think we'll end up laughing about it if he tries.

Does the militarization of local police forces not scare you? Especially considering how rouge they've been IE: threatening Mayor de Blasio on Twitter and basically holding his daughter captive?
