Worth saying out loud that the claims of fraud, lawsuits, threats to throw out results are best seen as efforts to secure - either formally or informally via threats - permanent legal immunity for Trump and the Trump family. Most likely informal. But that's whats on the line.

No. Occam’s razor applies. Trump is mad and wants to fight. Everyone around him is a fearful toady. Republicans in Congress see his electoral power and are going along, and perhaps they even win. There aren’t layers here.
