A woman who'd been like a mother to me said on FB "Obama said this wasn't a Christian nation and we prayed and got Trump." I'm Jewish. There are also Muslims and Hindus and agnostics and atheists. It broke my heart. She's from Yerington, rural northern Nevada. It's common there.

The point about CA is how inefficient the Dem vote is from a geographic/EC/Senate perspective. Just a small shift of population could bolster Dem power enormously.

So some thought experiment that the several billionaires could fund and build cities to be manufacturing (or whatever) hubs in low population states like ID, MT, WY and move enough people there to move the needles blue.
