Definitely some areas that it probably plays to but when it goes down it goes down hard, Virginia, Minnesota, when a place turns blue it’s political poison.

There was a serious amount of vote splits down the board, not at all limited to left wing dems. Frankly a lot of it is the result of the dems being more reliant on wealthier whites, which is not seeming like a tenable coalition.

I continually question the evidence that the socialism boogeyman, and a lot of the other talking points Trump/GOP used this election, actually work outside of Miami.

So much of what happened with Dems like Spanberger losing or struggling to hold on is simply explained by this being a far more hostile environment to run in for Dems like them than 2018 because Trump was on the ballot.

From what I'm seeing it feels like the congressional left is winning while moderates are losing because the left is working harder and out hustling more.
