I didn't think Biden was 2020's guy and I felt the Dems were too timid on policy.
But, now, seeing how hugely popular Trump remains, I think they made the right call.
Has any incumbent president lost* while increasing their vote before? Not Bush, Carter, Hoover or Taft.

She has zero charisma or warmth. Much of this came down to personality/morality choice ("the soul of America is on the ballot"), w/Biden as the clear empath, years of stories of his being kind, relating to voters, etc. compared to the monster. She had none of that ammunition.
