So let me get this straight. US creates separate rules for a certain group of people, corporations. These are concerned special prerogatives. And if you want to earn those prerogatives, you first must surrender your consitutional rights?

The word woman does not appear in the Constitution. The word AR-15 does not appear in the Constitution. The word nuclear bomb does not appear in the Constitution. We could do this all day. Is everything illegal unless it is specially mentioned in the Constitution?
