This is exactly right. The conservative majority is shifting things in some sectors, not at all in others. The odd thing is that it's shifting things in the sectors that aren't the ones animating the voters' push for originalists.

Amen! Far more people's daily lives are impacted by the gutting of environmental regulations, labor enforcement, depriving consumers and employees of their rights in court, etc. That's the Koch agenda, not Roe and gay marriage.
