Who is this for? What American has a deep and nostalgic love for the electoral college? I feel like until 15-20 years ago is was treated as a weird vestige of the Constitution, like the 3rd Amendment.

I feel like most people don't understand it and find it to be counter intuitive to how they think elections work ("wait, the person with the most votes doesn't win?")

if I could pick one thing for the Dems to fix, it would be abolishing the electoral college. Even with a blue wave, however, I don’t see the Dems being able to push through this constitutional amendment. -
