Straight up lie. Court packing is expanding courts, not legally filling spots by lawmakers who have been legally elected to their positions.

So tell us again how President Obama was able to fill 128 federal seats including a Supreme Court vacancy in 2016.

It’s an illegitimate court. In fact, the entire federal judiciary is illegitimate. So anything that heightens awareness of the illegitimacy of the federal judiciary is welcome. And that includes any future court packing.

Serious question: You supported placing Garland on the Court, with approximately nine months between the vacancy and the election. You are against ACB being placed with ~90 days. What's the dividing line? What's the minimum amount of time at which filling a vacancy is legit?

I think the answer about the courts from either
@joebiden or@KamalaHarris is “for the last 10 years, McConnell and the GOP have packed the courts. It is time to rebalance so that the scales of justice are no longer weighted on one side”Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
