this was the first screenplay someone handed me to read when i started working in the entertainment industry. didn't get the hype then and i don't get it now.

Is it? I felt like it was actually one of the more "anti-elite" Sorkin films out there. Zuckerberg comes off as an asshole for being condescending about BU and he doesn't seem to understand that his own ego is what makes him incapable of forming actual lasting friendships.
