Yep. Don't talk about where she lives or what she believes. She is being sent to the court to overturn Roe, end ACA (and anything better that could replace ACA), destroy LGBTQ rights and severely restrict civil rights. She is a radical who will overturn established law.

Her opinion on voting rights seems pretty easy to tie into the fact that she may be asked to rule on whether to count votes that could tip the election. A justice who thinks the right to vote is less protected than other rights might tend to disallow votes on technicalities.

I just don't understand how fearful Dem moderates could think using procedural tactics to delay a SCOTUS nominee who would shred popular laws is a bad idea for them. Why not fight hard for something so many voters want? Why preemptively roll over?
