1. Having watched this a few times, I have to say it doesn't get any less alarming. It's worth stepping back and think about where this is heading.https://twitter.com/NBCNews/status/1308902276187262978 …

7. The more immediate threat than a coup -- or rather the road to a coup which needs to be more immediately dealt with -- is court shenanigans. About which, more here:https://www.thenation.com/article/politics/trump-court-election-vacancy/ …
enlisteds are only slightly less anti-trump than the officers. the military will not be a unified force backing the auto-couppic.twitter.com/DxBvLUWJPz
Just sitting here typing out some fantasy where the military is going to stand between citizens and the cops and not just with the cops as federal forces already have been and National Guard do
The military won't coup against Trump, but if the people take to the public squares and occupy the DC Mall like it's Tahrir Square, the US military will not evict them on his behalf
But @thedemocrats need to prepare their people for that #ColorRevolutionhttps://twitter.com/XLProfessor/status/1307745503455653888?s=20 …
Do the military remember what he called them?
You haven't been paying attention to the blind eye turned to Proud Boys, Patriot Prayer, and pretty much anyone with a pickup truck, a Trump flag and a gun. Kyle Rittenhouse was not an outlier.
No, he wasn't, I fear. But our host here is paying attention. He has to. I wish he *didn't* have to pay any mind to the misdeeds and plans of those groups.
I'm trying to see the mechanism where the military even gets involved. If Trump doesn't see them as reliably backing him, he just calls in DHS/ICE. Do you think the Joint Chiefs are going to act on their own?
And if the military is involved in deciding who our next president is, isn't that a huge problem?
