I mean, the answer is really simple. Are those rules valid or not? There might be a case for "not" in which case we should change the rules. But that doesn't mean those rules don't fairly apply now.

I've seen no evidence to not say Yep! but (and this is disgusting) they might be just fine with seeing the voting margins after election day and the days afterward.

I think many of them are assuming the social consequences would be something less than what they actually would be. Do they think they’re prepared? Sure. Are they? Probably not.
