My sense of Tim Alberta is that he’s earnest, soft-headed, & a fool. I mean, he sincerely thinks Paul Ryan is a serious person & has been incredulous when people point out that Ryan is a dishonest, careerist, substance-free hack.

I used to subscribe to Andrew Sullivan when he had a blog for the sake of preventing epistemica closures. But I found him more enlightening in subjects that were not political (religion) that gave me an insight into the conservative mind than on his views of politics which to me
