Let's stipulate that I'm just a twitter clown and you are a serious reporter! That means you should be held to some standards and not be uncritically reporting what the cops are saying, especially when it is contradicted by evidence.

Michael quoted a cop, with quotations. He never said this is the truth. Should cops not be quoted?
