I heard one economist today saying it will reach 20 but then by back down to 8 or 9% by November, as things will have opened over the summer, and then be stuck for a long time. I found this very unrealistic.

Not saying he should lie, but I think we can slam Trump for his incompetence up to a point. Voters will want a “we’ll win this” that’s more than just “we’re in this together” (which implies suffering together).
