Every morning, for several hours, the Premiers of all provinces hold a running press conference carried on a CBC News live feed. They take phoned-in questions from reporters. & answer them politely. Canada works daily to create this broad consensus across provinces. It's on now.

We should be paying people to stay the fuck inside while the government ramps up testing. We’ve done neither, so we could very well find ourselves at Step 1 all over again (outbreaks, straining hospital capacity, etc) if tell people it’s all safe without proper information
