1. So what would re-opening of society look like. As it happens, I'm in a position to offer some thoughts since I'm in Saskatchewan, which has a very low rate (6 deaths per million, as against 90 for Canada & 197 for USA) & is phasing in re-opening.

Something the gov't did here in New Brunswick was not release its plans to exit lockdown until it was able to enter Phase 1 (e.g. two-household "bubbles," public parks reopening, golf courses to open when they're ready) last Friday. Today was NB's 13th day w/o a new COVID case.
