I don't have anything handy but have seen articles talking about the heavier health impacts (kidneys, lungs, etc.) seen in some "recovered" patients--articles couldn't say whether people would recover over a couple of years of be impaired for life.

All I would ask is that all public policy weighs the risks against the benefits, although many seem to be pretending that this is not the case now. We could bring the automobile death rate down to near zero with the right speed limit.

Well, as a Torontonian, don't get me started on lax traffic enforcement and unrealistically high city limits, but that aside, I notice a lot of catastophizing on the economic side in the US because "small government" or something.
