That looks a lot more like an opportunistic use of Smalls's acts that led to his firing as a way to bolster Amazon's anti-union position, not that he was fired for trying to organize. I mean, it's shitty, but I don't see what you seem to think it says.

@andrewjcrook has pointed out to me that the labor law regarding discriminatory firing is hard to overcome. If the company has any reasons other than the union drive, or mixed reasons (union drive + something), they can prevail legally (not morally). Sucks.Thanks.
