I really confused. The country isn’t social distancing on Trump’s order, is it? I thought it was all state and local orders. So how is he going to “open it up”? How does an article get written without addressing this? What am I missing?

Trump is going to make Democrats the “bad guys” for people not going back to work. He’ll point to that during the election.
