I have relatives who crossed the border back into Canada on Thursday, coming from FLA. Border personnel told them it was "okay" to go shopping. That should absolutely not be happening.

FLA spring breakers returning in droves to most of the Eastern US, as well as, Canada. My other concern is the higher levels of fever in Meth Alley (SW Ohio). I've fealing these folks aren't staying at home.

Probably a lot more snowbirds than spring breakers. For Canadian universities this would normally be the end of semester grind rather than a break.
