We are specifically being told in New York NOT to seek out tests unless you have serious symptoms. Even mild symptoms they say don't do it.

So we're going to isolate and quarantine millions of people who are asymptomatic so that everyone else can go on happily with their lives? That may end up being half the population. That's ridiculous. And it won't help China either.
