Yeah, that is kind of my point. We need to get past we can't close to the schools, to how are we going to do this in a way that manages the externalities as well as possible. Which requires all those things.

I think Cuomo will help balance that equation, and soon. There are big districts that are shutting in the area, like New Haven, New Rochelle, and, from what I am hearing, Yonkers. NYC is going to go soon. This is just like what happened with Broadway. Can't shut, until it does.
