That's a stretch. This format has been used innocuously for quite a while, but I'm sure if you clutch hard enough you can find potentially disturbing allusions to any format.

I have seen roughly 10k t-shirts based on that design and have yet to learn what the original source is. I don't think most of the people selling them know either. It's like how no one alive can tell you the actual last two lines of "Roses are red / Violets are blue / ..."
