If this is going to be Biden's major theme, it's a problem.https://twitter.com/joseph_hower/status/1234672535477702657 …

You're assuming it was the message, not other things, that demobilized supporters. That may or may not be true.
-
OK, so what did demobilize them, and has that changed? If not, the message is still a disaster, because it obviously will fail to mobilize them again, having failed to mobilize them in the past.

They were demobilized by people insisting that she was a neoliberal centrist shill or whatever.

I really see no evidence at all that they were “demobilized” by this message

I’m agnostic on this as well, but I am not sure there is evidence to show that was the cause of demobilization
-
james comey and jill stein/gary johnson don't exist, and 2018 midterms never happened is the evidence i assume?

Again, **if you have his specific strengths and weaknesses**, what would be better? Not if you’re Bernie. Or Warren (whose strengths are different from Biden and from each other.) But if you’re Joe Biden and, crucially, **voters have now seen Trump in action as president.**
-
Not a Biden guy, but I don’t think the crucial difference is that Biden is essentially promising people that he will make politics bring again so they can go back to ignoring it, and I think a lot of people really want that (even if it’s catastrophic in the long term).
