Narrator voice: The current House majority was built in what Jeet is calling the "GOP suburbs".https://twitter.com/HeerJeet/status/1231640237861769216 …

Exactly. The best Dem candidate to win WI, Bernie, is not the best Dem candidate to win the suburbs of Atlanta or Orange County.

It's hard to say. They are certainly not identical. No question about that. Regardless, a unifying focus on health care is critical, regardless of the candidate.

That might backfire with Medicare for All in the platform. You will have most suburban House Dems defending Obamacare while also opposing M4 All. It's not a good look.

Maybe if the phrasing were different. The way Sanders sells M4A sounds incredibly disruptive for real people. And the healthcare industry (not insurance) is very adept at manipulating people. They ably killed staffing rules here in the red state of [checks notes] Massachusetts.

There's a similar tension between the best way to win the White House and the best way to win the Senate. (The Midwest has the best pickings for the former, the South-west the latter; the South is in-between for both.)

The tension only exists if Bernie is the nominee. We’ll be working to satisfy his ego at the expense of the House, and end up losing both.
